Return and Exchange Policy

I. Return Period

From the date you receive your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.

II. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged, faulty, or not in acceptable condition

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or does not function as intended

  • The item received is significantly different from its description or images

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the item is unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale

Items that show signs of use, alteration, or missing components may not be accepted.

III. How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, you must contact customer support to obtain return authorization.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged

Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided. Please keep the shipping receipt as proof of return.

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival before any refund or replacement is issued.

IV. Refund Method and Timing

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on financial institutions

If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact customer support.

V. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by us

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses

A prepaid return label may be provided when applicable.

VI. Liability

We will handle all return requests promptly and fairly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, natural events, or other unforeseen situations.
