I. How do I place an order on the website?
Select the items you want, add them to your cart, enter your delivery details, and proceed to payment.
Once confirmed, your order will be sent to our team for processing.

II. Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Once preparation or shipping has started, no modifications are possible.

III. How can I track my order?
You can track your order via the “Order Tracking” page on our website, or through the tracking link emailed to you when your order is shipped.

IV. Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver only within Australia.

V. What are the processing and delivery times?

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Delivery: approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the destination

VI. What are the shipping costs?

  • Free delivery for orders over AUD 150

  • For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of AUD 15 applies

  • All shipping costs are clearly shown before checkout

VII. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, as long as the order hasn’t been processed.
If the order is already being prepared, you may refuse delivery or request a return once received.

VIII. How do I return or exchange a product?
Please email our customer service with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos of the product concerned

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

IX. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued via your original payment method, usually within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.

X. Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes, our customer service handles order follow-ups, after-sales support, returns and exchanges, as well as assistance with using the website.
