Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to the online store operated by 【Homiventa】 (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) and explains matters related to order delivery, transportation, and receipt.

1. Delivery Area

Delivery is available throughout Australia. Countries outside Australia are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value below 133.07 AUD: shipping fee of 14.96 AUD;
Orders with a total value of 133.07 AUD or more: free shipping.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day. If the day falls on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 1–3 business days.

5. Transit Time

The estimated total delivery time is 5–10 business days.

6. Carriers

We typically use logistics carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, and similar providers.

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information. You can visit the “Order Tracking” page on the website and enter your email address or phone number along with the order number to check the status of your order.

8. Liability Statement

① Damaged or lost items: If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us promptly for assistance.
② Shipping modifications and cancellations: Once the order has entered processing, shipping arrangements may not be modified or canceled.
③ Delivery address responsibility: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Any issues caused by incorrect address information are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect the package and items upon receipt. If any abnormalities are found, record them immediately and contact us for assistance.
